Due to climate change consequences, all Member States of the European Union signed an agreement with goal becoming first society and economy a neutral impact on planet by 2050. The building sector is one highest energy consumers, using 33% global production. Given increase for demand, implementing flexibility strategies crucial better integration renewable sources reduction consumption peaks arising from electrification demand. work described in this paper aims develop optimization algorithm use existing aggregated office buildings reduce both electric costs each office, considering tariffs applied at moment total power peak, aiming entire building’s cost contracted power, Portuguese context. obtained results conclude that it possible associated power.
